Los Vocas Sauvignon Blanc

On the nose, aromas of fresh pineapple, pear, green apple and honeydew melon combined with citrus notes of grapefruit and lime, and hints of tarragon and thyme. The palate has exceptionally well-balanced acidity, with a pleasant coating sensation and good persistence. James Suckling – “A bright and vivid white with sliced lemon, lime and peach skin aromas and flavors. Medium body, lovely core of fruit and a crisp finish. A sauvignon blanc for everyone. Screw cap. Drink now.”
Minty Peach Sangria
A delightfully refreshing minty cocktail with a nice Sauvignon Blanc kick. Perfect for enjoying Spring while sitting out on your porch or deck.
3 parts Sauvignon Blanc
3 parts peach nectar
1 part orange vodka
mint leaves for flavor, to taste
mint sprigs for garnish
Rub the mint leaves in your palms a bit to help release the oils, then drop them into a wine glass. About 10 leaves per glass should be good, but alter this at your discretion for more or less minty flavor. Put in a few ice cubes, then mix in all the other ingredients, and head out to your porch to enjoy.
